These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Korrel provides project management, proposal, and cost tracking tools designed to help businesses scope work, track time and expenses against estimates, manage change requests, and understand project profitability. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use Platform features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described on the pricing page and at checkout before you subscribe.
Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly set out in our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Korrel and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. You grant Korrel a limited licence to use, store, and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to harass others, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for behaviour that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korrel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100) if no payment was made.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately for any breach of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
